Linda has had an extensive career in NHS, sports and private physiotherapy since qualifying in 1999. Her treatment approach includes hands on treatment, acupuncture, Pilates and exercises to maintain recovery.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture uses fine disposable needles inserted into the body’s channels of energy to stimulate a healing response. In addition to providing pain relief, it is used to treat people with a wide range of illnesses and focuses on improving overall well-being, recovering the individual’s physical, emotional and spiritual balance.

Nutritional therapy is the application of nutrition and health science to enable individuals to maximise their health potential. Nutritional therapy offers sensible methods for healthy eating, whether an individual wants to lose weight or reduce the symptoms of ill-health.

Matthew is a Nutritional Therapist, BANT qualified to assess the nutritional status and unique needs of any individual. When assessing an individual he takes a comprehensive client history and may use diagnostic testing to formulate a health plan.

A counsellor listens in an uncritical way, and reflects back thoughts and emotions, providing a new perspective. With this understanding, the client can put choices into action to move towards a happier, more relaxed way of living.

Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy uses a gentle listening touch to release deep seated patterns of tension and encourage the body’s ability for self healing. Craniosacral treatment is particularly effective in the treatment of birth trauma in babies, helping with conditions including sleeping difficulties, colic and allergies, and promoting healthy growth.
