Craniosacral Therapy
Lynn was a Lecturer at Bristol University and has over 20 years
experience in counselling and therapy. Hence her special skills
lie working with babies, children and their families. Craniosacral
Therapy releases deep seated patterns of tension and encourages
the body’s ability for self healing. It consists of a gentle
listening touch and is both diagnostic and therapeutic. Treatments
work to strengthen the body’s natural immune system,
helping to treat a range of conditions and improving the quality
of life.
Craniosacral Therapy uses gentle touch to encourage the body to
let go of tension patterns of trauma and stress at deep levels.
This enables a greater freedom within the body tissues for health
and well-being, and can relieve a wide range of conditions. Craniosacral
treatment is particularly effective in the treatment of birth trauma
in babies, helping with conditions including sleeping difficulties,
colic and allergies, and enhancing healthy growth.
Craniosacral sessions are particularly effective for young children.
It’s often the case that an infant is upset and unwell, but diagnosis
and treatment can become difficult. Using Craniosacral
Therapy, an
infant’s body can be encouraged to heal itself naturally, without
any invasive tests or treatments. Most importantly, the infant will
not become irritated by repeated intervention.
